There’s a new playmaker in Oklahoma’s luxury real estate market. As an Oklahoma Sooner, Ryan Broyles dominated the gridiron as a wide receiver, setting the all-time NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision record for career receptions, and was twice recognized as a consensus All- American. He continued his football career as a professional in the NFL with the Detroit Lions, where he played for a number of years before retiring from the game he grew up loving.
Always strategic, forward-thinking and goals-driven, Ryan Broyles began his pro football career with the end in mind. He and his wife Mary Beth, who were high school sweethearts, set a modest budget for themselves, just $60,000 per year, and invested the rest of his earnings into real estate. Now the couple owns more than 40 rental properties in Oklahoma and Texas and continue to make thoughtful purchases to grow their real estate portfolio. Broyles regularly speaks to groups about financial matters and encourages people to take charge of their financial wellbeing.
Today, Ryan is expanding his real estate career and has joined the prestigious Keller Williams Brokerage in Norman, Oklahoma. I enjoy helping other people, he said. Making a real estate purchase, whether for investment or personal use, is an important transaction and it requires expertise. My goal is to make people feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process. I consider my clients to be teammates, and together we set our goals and execute our plan. I am dedicated to high-level customer service, meaning that I am with you every step of the way making sure your experience is worry-free and enjoyable. Ryan, his wife Mary Beth and their children make their home in Norman, where they continue to invest in real estate, among other business ventures.
