As fate would have it, after a five-year run, his career shift brought him into property management. Commencing his Real Estate career in 2003, Eric has spent the first part of his career working in the property management sector, with the last 15 years, bringing an extensive amount of experience to multiple Real Estate transactions.
In 2017 he was hired as the general sales manager for a prominent Keller Williams Team. Increasing sales volume and beating previous years numbers, was proven by the teams consistent awards achieved as top closed group, and top sales volume. In 2019 he was afforded the opportunity to work for Berkshire Hathaway and in 2020 his persistence has led him to be ranked top 5 in the Winter Springs Berkshire Office and increased his sales volume by 33% .
