Samantha Parker has been a resident of the Capital Region since she was 4. She is a graduate of Shenendehowa, attained an Associates in Business Administration from HVCC, and a Bachelors from University of Albany in Communication & Rhetoric. Over the years, she has lived in Saratoga, Rensselaer and Schenectady counties, while currently residing in the city of Albany located in Albany county. This has attained her the knowledge and network which help first time home buyers, clients relocating to the area, and anyone looking to build wealth through real estate in the region.
Samantha’s network has grown not only from where she has lived but also because she was well-known for being a face and long time staple of Mazzone Hospitality at Angelo’s 677 Prime as one of the key managers of its inception in 2005. A professional in the field, it is where she acquired how to develop personal and professional relationships as well as the skills for prioritizing, multi-tasking & problem solving in high stress environments while providing top quality service for guests. Her gracious and hospitable approach with every guest was felt by everyone who shared her space, and became her friends, and family. While assisting the company’s growth at Mazzone, Samantha’s skill set also grew in areas of: management & leadership, organization and communication, menu development, space layout & design as well as promotional events & social media marketing. All of these areas helped hone in on the importance of quality and the experience the guest would feel upon entering her space. The pure essence of which she carries over into her one on one interaction with all of her real estate clients and their transactions. It is this acute attention to detail and also high level of communication with her clients that they choose her as their agent in finding the best home or to find the best buyer for their house.

She is a fitness enthusiast and yoga, loves her two dogs Biggie and Tiny, and her nickname is Sammy Sparkle because her energy & positive outlook on life encourages those around her. She has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Capital Region, she was an iPressForward™ mentor, an IGU Ambassador, and has done numerous modeling fashion shows locally for charitable organizations such as Center for Disabilities, Northeast Kidney Foundation, the Thomas Patrick Morrison Foundation, and Addiction Awareness to name a few.
