Samuel Vaden joins The Next Move Network with 11 years of real estate advisory experience throughout Miami, FL, Los Angeles, CA and San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. His real estate career began in 2011 representing clients throughout Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood and Miami’s Wynwood Arts District, respectively. Samuel expanded his advisory business into Miami’s Upper East Side and then across the causeway into North Miami Beach, Surfside, Normandy Isles and Bar Harbor Islands.
In 2014, Samuel decided to expand his real estate business into the State of California, becoming a bi-coastal broker. His two-coast presence increased marketing exposure for his clients’ listings, as well as allowed Samuel to better identify and present an increased number of off-market properties to his discerning clientele. A self-described “connector with a smile,” Samuel quickly built and scaled a Rolodex of like-minded peers, colleagues, and clients.
In 2021, Samuel expanded his brokerage business further and took his business international to Mexico. He and his team serve numerous markets, but not limited to: San Miguel de Allende, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta, Punta Mita and Riviera Maya. Today, that network continues to bear fruit and spans the globe – an interconnected web of active, qualified investors and amazing peers to collaborate with, minus the geographic restrictions. A true testament to Samuel’s approach and The Agency’s ethos: Boutique Service, Global Reach.
A registered 200-hr yoga teacher (RYT200) and a One Art Nation (1AN) Certified art advisor, Samuel strives daily to be an authentic steward of positivity, mindfulness, the arts, and an equally dedicated advocate for his real estate clientele worldwide. “Wherever you stand, be the soul of that place,” a quote from the poet Rumi, exemplifies Samuel’s dedication and approach to his real estate business and his personal life. He has traveled to six of the seven continents on behalf of his real estate and art advisory clients, gaining an invaluable cultural education that comes with exploring the world.
Outside of real estate, Samuel supports numerous philanthropic organizations such as: Project HEAL, Children’s Art Foundation San Miguel de Allende (Arte de los Ninos), Amistad Canada (Mexicanos y canadienses trabajando juntos), Biblioteca Publica de San Miguel de Allende, and Street Poets Inc. He earned his MBA degree from American University in Washington D.C and is a veteran (Honorable Discharge). Samuel and his fiancé Loren currently split time living between San Miguel de Allende, Mexico and the United States.
