A native of Richmond, VA and graduate of James Madison University, Sarah was introduced at an early age to what would become her life-long love of real estate. Her father was a custom builder and taught her the ins and outs of an ever-changing market that shortly after graduation would land her on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
Armed with an innate love of three things: the water, real estate and numbers, Sarah began her investment/vacation real estate career in 1998 in the quaint village of Duck, a charming, once-hidden gem of a vacation destination spot on the northern Banks.
Her career flourished, expanding south toward Nags Head and north toward Corolla where she was named broker-in-charge. Sarah’s popularity grew tandemly alongside that of the Outer Banks and she soon distinguished herself as one of the area’s top brokers.
A desire to give more value and attention to both her clients and fellow brokers and agents, Sarah, along with her longtime business partner, launched the Keller Williams Outer Banks at The Marketplace in Southern Shores.
While transitioning into this new and exciting venture, Sarah continued to mold and craft her own business, handpicking select professionals with mindsets that matched her own – the desire to go BEYOND THE SALE!
